Demonstrate commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
Serve as a daily teacher of the ESBOCES Extended Day Enrichment Program in various locations.
May also facilitate weekly clubs or enrichment activities for additional hours (per diem).
Facilitate and maintain effective instruction during the mandatory homework/reading periods, enrichment lessons and special events.
Monitor students to provide adequate supervision and a safe environment, including following health and safety guidelines outlined by the district and the CDC for schools.
Provide communication with parents, staff and ESBOCES Extended Day Enrichment Directors.
HOURS: Typically range between 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. daily, Monday through Friday,
September – June.
