LAN/WAN support services provide physical, in-person installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for local and wide area network infrastructure. These services cover routers, switches, cabling, and firewalls to ensure secure, high-performance connectivity within a building (LAN) and across multiple locations (WAN).

Key Components of On-Site LAN/WAN Support

  • LAN Management (Internal Networks): In-person configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of local network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless access points.
  • WAN Management (External Networks): Support for, and maintenance of. technologies that connect geographically dispersed offices, such as SD-WAN, VPNs, and dedicated Internet circuits.
  • Hardware Installation and Support: Physical installation and replacement of network equipment (cabling, fiber optics, routers, firewalls) on-site.
  • Network Security: Deployment and management of firewalls, encryption, and security protocols to protect data integrity.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitoring analysis and troubleshooting to minimize latency and maximize uptime.
  • Project Management: Overseeing network upgrades, office moves, or new technology implementations.
