New Fiber WAN construction and recurring cable maintenance for District Fiber WANs provides design, implementation, maintenance, monitoring and management oversight of leased intra-district wide-area dedicated fiber optic communications facilities.
Opportunities for high speed connections to the RIC are available as well as recurring cable maintenance for these connections. This service provides design, implementation, maintenance, monitoring and management oversight of leased high-speed dedicated fiber optic communications facilities to the ESB RIC for secure transit of ESB hosted applications and service.
Hosted NOC management services are available; options include hosting of data and related district applications either all or in part by individual district.
VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) project design, implementation and management support is available to all participating districts. Fees for those services vary based upon provider and technical expertise of personnel required.
GoogleApps/MS365 is a new support service for one of the fastest growing, fully secured, cloud computing spaces, supporting districts in setting up all of the network level user permissions and domain spaces, functioning as a regional Help Desk for Level 1 technical support, providing daily site administration support options to districts with a student population of 3,000 or less, and offering the option for districts to archive Gmail/Email and Google/MS documents in the existing Email Archival and Offsite Data Storage services, all at reasonable costs and in full compliance with all state and federal rules and regulations.
