Benefits, Insurance, & Other Information
- Change of Status – If you have a change of status for yourself or any of your dependents, (i.e. marriage, divorce, birth or adoption, death of a dependent, or a change in a dependent’s student status), email HRBenefits@esboces.org with your request.
- Dependents ages 19-25 must send proof of full-time college/university enrollment to Sele-Dent each semester, using the Sele-Dent Student Status Form below.
