Calendar of Events

A note about Library Leadership Academy (LLA) which allows school librarians to examine our professional practice and keep our skills fresh, requires ongoing professional development.

Trying to fit professional development for our school librarians into four liaison meetings is not possible.

Toward that end, we offer additional workshops such as the Library Leadership Academy (LLA) which address a myriad of topics, such as new programs on the Virtual Reference Collection resources, updates on the Next Generation Learning Standards, the Empire State Information Fluency Continuum (ESIFC), and other topics germane to the profession will also be offered.
