About 21st CCLC
The 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) program is a federal funding source dedicated to supporting afterschool and local summer learning programs through the US Department of Education.
Mission Statement: The mission of the 21st CCLC SPARK (Service, Personal Achievement, Responsibility, Knowledge) project is to provide transformative experiences that promote lifelong learning for both children and adults.
This program supports the creation of community learning centers that provide afterschool and summer programs relating to:
Core Educational Services, Enrichment & Support Activities and Family Engagement
