Patriots Day 2024

Ms. Fraccalvieri presented an informative and age-appropriate lesson on the events of 9-11.  The class discussed how the landmarks chosen in the attack were selected because they were symbols of our country.  Ms. Fraccalvieri then facilitated the students selecting three symbols that represent the US to them.  The students created a banner with the symbols and wrote a description of why the picked the symbols.  Ms. Fraccalvieri also had her classes write letters to send to a Major in the Airforce who is currently serving in the Middle East on a 6 month deployment.  The letters are to thank the Major for her service.
