Introduction to Baking
Jerrell is an Introduction to Baking student who is in his third year at Islip Career Center (ICC) and also attends the Bellport Academic Center, an ESBOCES high school. His home district is William Floyd UFSD. He has grown so much during his time at ICC that his teacher views him as an asset to the instructional process. His growth has also helped to earn him an internship at Tropical Smoothie Café in Patchogue where his manager admires his work ethic and eagerness to learn new tasks.
