Fire Truck Visit
As part of BLC's Safety Town PE unit, the second assistant chief of Centerport Fire Department, Daniel Gunther brought a fire engine to campus for students to explore. Students were able to meet a fire fighter, explore the different tools used by firefighters, try on some of the turn out gear, and explore the inside and outside of the engine. Students were even given the opportunity to use the fire hose!
