TSP Culinary Students Serve Special Guests

On April 11th, the TSP @ BLC Culinary Course students and staff were honored to host Principal Nicole Drinkwater and her guests for a spring luncheon. We were pleased to serve Ms. Gina Reilly, Director of Special Education, Ms. Claudy Damus-Makelele, Associate Superintendent for Educational Services and Board Members, Mr. William Hsiang, Ms. Catherine Romano and Ms. Susan Lipman.  With the assistance of the staff, students prepared the choice of egg salad wraps or chicken salad wraps with a side of chips and a pickle. The guests were offered a choice of water or ice tea for a beverage. The Culinary students surprised the guests with an eggless oatmeal cookie for dessert. The Culinary students demonstrated their skills in the various positions in café, while enjoying having guests to wait on.
