What's Cooking at BAC?

Bellport Academic Center is always in for a treat when Chef Keith comes to host his cooking classes with us. Chef Keith is a local chef who shares his talents in schools all over Long Island. Last week, Chef Keith taught the students at BAC how to make Oreo pancakes and chicken fajitas. Students first learned about the importance of kitchen safety and how to operate the burners on a stove. Next, students learned each step of how to make these two popular delicacies from the modeling of Chef Keith. Last, but certainly not least, the BAC students got to enjoy their culinary creations.
