Chef Keith's Cooking Class at BAC

BAC students were in for a real treat when Chef Keith came to host a cooking class at Bellport Academic Center this week. Students had the opportunity to learn very useful culinary skills that they can use in their own kitchens. Chef Keith encouraged students to share their favorite food choices with their peers. He also went over different strategies that students can use to make sure they are focusing on safety in the kitchen. Chef Keith then demonstrated how to make a hot apple dessert. The BAC students followed Chef Keith's step-by-step instructions to make their dish and got to enjoy their tasty culinary creation with a warm cup of hot cocoa.
