Food Services Management

  • The School Food Service Management Program employs full-time school food service directors and appropriate support staff to serve the needs of school districts.

    The directors supervise, train and recruit local district employees, who complete the actual cooking and serving of school meals. All related paperwork can be handled by the BOCES staff members.
