Mission Statement:
Jefferson Academic Center strives to provide an academic and social environment conducive to meeting the needs of our diverse population of middle school aged children. Through positive behavioral supports, a culture of acceptance and tolerance, and the infrastructure of social skills development, students are able to achieve academic goals aligned to the Common Core Standards, to become productive members of society and lifelong learners. Our mission is accomplished and supported through the dedication and expertise of well-trained staff members who create and maintain an emotionally and physically safe educational environment.
