Election Management Systems (EMS) are centralized voter registration systems enabling school districts to compile voter signature books and budget vote data, and produce poll lists and other needed reports. A copy of the EMS system data for each participating district is secured at the Regional Information Center. District Clerks meet twice a year at Eastern Suffolk BOCES, and a listserv is provided for both Suffolk and Nassau Counties for all who wish to participate.
