Business and Finance - 63 Classes
course is designed for individuals preparing for the job market who need a
combination of computer and basic language skills to become successful in
today's job market. Students will be enrolled in a program leading to
entry-level opportunities in the workplace. Emphasis will be placed on
keyboarding, Windows and word processing skills and appropriate communication
skills, both written and oral. Studies will also include Excel and Access as
well as the Internet. This course is strongly recommended for individuals who
need a combination of career skills presented in a slower paced, yet
comprehensive learning environment. In addition to the hours spent in the
classroom, students will complete a 6-hour internship, as well as compose a

NEW Business and Finance II - 18 Classes
This course is for the student who has completed Business and Finance Level I. Further assignments in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Publisher (including creating a website) and PowerPoint are given so the student can refine skills necessary for workplace success. The documents created for portfolio in Level I will be expanded in Business and Finance II. This is an excellent course for individuals who would like to increase knowledge gained in Business and Finance Level I as well as computer talents and abilities. Students will also improve keyboarding speed.
Notary Public Workshop - 2 Classes This
workshop provides instruction to prepare an individual for the New York State
(NYS) test. Laws, procedures and concepts relating to the notary public office
