Milliken Technical Center (MTC) has been converted into a tranquil park, complete with a water fountain, renewable energy from solar panels, and patio-style tables and chairs with colorful umbrellas. The umbrellas are red, of course, the color of the SkillsUSA jackets many of the students and staff wear at the Oakdale facility.
