| Description: |
Cosmetology students display their hair styling Fantasy Hair Creations and Up-Do designs. This competition is held each year as a scholarship fundraiser in memory of a beloved cosmetology teacher, Fran Cook. Student creations are judged by a panel of local and regional cosmetologists. Past year hair designs included a Christmas tree, the solar system, the chandelier from Phantom of the Opera. This is a MUST SEE event. |
