Peer Mediation is both a program and a process whereby student mediators of the same age group facilitate the resolution of disputes between their peers. This process has been proven effective in schools around the U.S. changing the way students understand and resolve conflicts in their lives. Commonly Mediated Situations are bias incidents, bullying, rumors, relationship issues and threats of violence.
